President Donald Trump’s two top immigration enforcers are at war.

A massive shakeup at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has laid bare a pitched battle between Department of Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem and border czar Tom Homan, Fox News reported.

The ICE overhaul will affect agency field offices in at least eight cities. Many senior leaders are set to be replaced by Border Patrol officials.

Fox News said the moves make for an “unprecedented power shift inside DHS.”

The Noem-Homan rift is also serving to expose sharp in-house divisions over how far the Trump administration should go in ramping up deportations of illegal migrants.
