MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Janesville teacher accused of having child pornography will face trial, online court records show Tuesday.

Adam Teal, 33, was in Rock County Circuit Court, where he waived his preliminary hearing.

Rock County Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig ordered a bindover, meaning there is probable cause to proceed with a jury trial.

Teal is expected to appear for arraignment on Nov. 13.

Teal is charged with 10 counts of child pornography possession.

He was previously charged with capturing an intimate representation, and his bond was set at $1,000 on Sept. 15.

After the child porn charges were added, his cash bond was set at $100,000.

Each child pornography charge carries a maximum penalty of up to 25 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
