GAZA: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has directed the military to launch a swift and powerful response after accusing Hamas of breaking the peace agreement. Netanyahu stated that Hamas had clearly violated the deal by firing on Israeli forces.

Israel is reportedly considering several measures- stopping humanitarian aid to Gaza, tightening military control, intensifying military operations, and launching targeted attacks on Hamas leaders.
