Credit Union of Vermont is looking to merge with Vermont Federal Credit Union.

CUVT has 3,400 members and a single branch located in Rutland. VFCU has 57,000 members doing business at eight locations around the state. The two organizations’ CEOs say the merger has been approved by regulators and voting by members is open through Dec. 15. An online voting portal is available at vermontfederal.org/bettertogether .
