Grantsville, Utah (ABC4) — A female was killed during a two-vehicle collision that occurred earlier this morning in Tooele County.
According to Lieutenant Jeff Watson with the Grantsville Police Department (GPD), two vehicles collided shortly after 6 a.m. on Tuesday near the intersection of Sheep Lane and SR-112.
A Ford F-150 truck was reportedly traveling westbound when a white Chevy Malibu that was turning left onto SR-112 failed to yield. The pickup truck driver was unable to stop in time and struck the Malibu.
Reportedly, the impact caused both vehicles to spin. When law enforcement arrived, they found that the rear seat passenger of the Malibu was unconscious.
