A recent JV football game in Texas resulted in quite an unexpected outcome, as one player was hospitalized with concerning injuries while another should expect to be suspended, or worse.

When it comes to football, the term “contact sport” is a massive understatement. Players at all levels require medical treatment all the time, but the student likely wouldn’t have seen the inside of a hospital had it not been for the vicious attack shown below.
