COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ryan Day is no stranger to The MAiZE at Little Darby Creek in Milford Center, Ohio.

The Ohio State football coach has taken his family there many times, and they’ve gone through corn mazes often shaped after OSU greats.

But this year’s trip was a bit different.

Day made an agreement once with the folks at The MAiZE: if he led the Buckeyes to a national title, a maze would be designed after him.

Last week, with Ohio State on a bye nine months removed from winning the first-ever 12-team College Football Playoff , the Day family went back and walked through the “A-MAiZE-ING DAY.”
