3-vehicle crash on I-55 near Fruitland exit

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - Crews are responding to a crash on Interstate 55 in Cape Girardeau County.

This is near the 105 mile marker by the Fruitland exit.

According to Sgt. Clark Parrott with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, there are three vehicles involved, and injuries are reported.

He said the northbound lanes are back open and traffic is beginning to flow like normal again.
