PRINCETON, WV (WVNS) -- The annual Veteran's Breakfast and Stand Down will happen this Saturday at Lifeline Church in Princeton.
Veterans and their families are welcome to come out and enjoy a free hot breakfast as well as the Stand Down distribution which gives them much needed items.
Judge Omar Aboulhosn, organizer of the event, said it's grown so much since they began ten years ago.
"If you would have asked me ten years ago, when we started this event, that it would be what it is today, I would have said you're crazy. It really has grown exponentially over the years. It's kind of settled into where it's at now with about five hundred veterans that show up. It's gone beyond, I think any of our imaginations, when we first started it," said Aboulhosn.
