LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The Nevada DMV is hoping to reduce waiting times by moving all vehicle transactions online.
Ross McIntire was at the Flamingo DMV location Tuesday to register a car from a different state in Nevada.
"It's about time they did it online," McIntire said. "So many of the things that you do at the DMV, why do you need to be in person?"
He’s ready for the DVM’s digital age.
"There was an error on my vehicle's title transfer, so I'm gonna have to get that corrected, but I can fix everything from there online and then just come in and get the new plates," McIntire said.
His situation is one example of what the DMV is hoping to achieve.
Hailey Foster, the Nevada DMV's public information officer, said just about every vehicle service can be started online.
