OXFORD, Miss. - Attorneys for Timothy Herrington hope to exclude several things when he, once again, stands trial for the murder of Ole Miss student Jimmie "Jay" Lee, namely photographs from Lee's autopsy.

The motion asked the court to leave out "gruesome photographs taken at the crime scene and/or the autopsy of the decedent." Along those lines, Herrington's attorneys asked the judge to also limit the number of photographs showing Lee or the crime scene.
