CLEVELAND, Ohio – The head of the not-for-profit set up by the city of Cleveland to help oversee lakefront development envisions more public space for more people to enjoy north of the stadium, even before the Browns’ scheduled departure after the 2028 football season.
Scott Skinner, executive director of the North Coast Waterfront Development Corp., looks at developing public space – possibly on some of the city-owned land – as a way to kickstart bigger development to come.
