Prosecutor Engler named to District Court judgeship

Gov. Wes Moore has named a Frederick County prosecutor to be a District Court judge in the county.

Moore's appointment of Brett Engler, the head of the Domestic Violence Unit in the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office, was announced Monday.
