Kolkata: Orkla India a food company that produces and markets a wide array of food products that are used from breakfast to lunch and dinner and includes snacks, beverages, and desserts. The brands it has are MTR Foods, Eastern Condiments, and Rasoi Magic. Its core markets are in the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and it exports to more than 40 countries including the US and Canada.

Orkla India IPO is designed as a book build issue to raise Rs 1,667.54 crores, which comprises entirely of OFS shares. Promoter Orkla Asia Pacific Pte and shareholders Navas Meeran and Feroz Meeran are diluting their stake.
