Laila Harmon scored the lone goal in the first half, and it was enough to carry Steinert to a 1-0 victory over Freehold Township in Freehold.

The win ensures that Steinert will finish its regular season with a 10-8 record. Ella Tamagno assisted on Harmon’s winner for the Spartans. In addition, 10 saves in net from Mia Petracca preserved the shutout.

Violet Matthews made eight saves in net for Freehold Township, which fell to 6-10-2.
