Jays rookie right-hander Trey Yesavage will make his fifth start of the post-season (but first on the road) in Wednesday night’s Game 5, a rematch of Game 1 against Dodgers lefty Blake Snell.

The Jays didn’t want the 22-year-old Yesavage, who has only made three starts in the regular season, pitching in New York against the Yankees in the American League division series and set the starting rotation so that his ALCS starts against Seattle were at home.

Now he’ll gets the ball in hostile territory in a huge game.

“Their fans here are pretty good,” Yesavage said before Game 4. “They’re into it the entire game, so it should be a loud environment.”
