New Delhi: At the Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue (IPRD 2025) in New Delhi, India’s naval leadership set the tone for a new phase of maritime cooperation — one built on trust, capacity, and shared prosperity.
Opening the seventh edition of the Dialogue at the Manekshaw Centre, Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi described the gathering as “a vital expression of the Indian Navy’s strategic outreach.” Addressing delegates from over 30 countries, he said their participation reflected “a shared belief and collective conviction that the Indo-Pacific’s future must be shaped together, through dialogue, cooperation and mutual trust.”
