Blowing snow was expected on the Okanagan Connector last night, prompting a travel advisory from Environment Canada.
Strong, gusty crosswinds were also expected. Conditions are much milder in the Okanagan Valley, with a high of 12 C forecast for today and 10 C on Thursday.
Halloween on Friday is expected to be cloudy with a high of only 6 C and a 40 per cent chance of showers.
