TEMECULA — Riverside Poly girls flag football coach Pat Meech repeatedly told his players Tuesday evening’s playoff game would come down to effort.
“We’ve talked all week about giving that extra effort,” Meech said. “I feel like it always takes a little more to win games in these late rounds of the playoffs.”
