Assault: Glenlyn Road

At 11:10 a.m. Oct. 22, a woman went to the police station to report that a substitute teacher at Brush High School, 4875 Glenlyn Road, had pushed and/or slapped the hand of her daughter during a ninth grade science class.

Another police report stated that the teacher, a Euclid woman, 58, “touched” or “grabbed” the 14-year-old South Euclid girl.

That second report also mentioned that the girl was going to “shoot up” the school the following day.

The teacher has not been charged, as a detective is investigating the matter.

Theft: Meadow Wood Boulevard

At 10:20 p.m. Oct. 26, a resident of Meadow Wood Boulevard reported that a delivered package had been stolen from his home’s front porch. The package’s approximate value was $79.
