Though Portuguese food very much features a variety of seafood options — which I am a huge fan of — when I think of Portuguese cuisine, my mind also immediately goes to the meat and chicken aspect.

Specifically, I am talking about piri piri chicken. As far as I know, we don’t have a huge variety of Portuguese spots locally (it seemed there were more in previous years and our numbers are dwindling), but the spots we do have are truly top notch.
