BELLAIRE — Antrim County voters will once again decide on funding for a proposed Public Safety Center.
The Nov. 4 ballot includes a proposal that would allow the county to issue up to $18 million in bonds and use general funds to pay it back within 15 years. The proposal is not a new tax on property owners and the county cannot raise taxes beyond the current operating millage.
