EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The East Lansing City Clerk is providing reminders about important election information as early voting begins this week ahead of Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
In September, the City Clerk’s Office mailed out 5,779 absentee ballots for the election. As of now, approximately 2,000 ballots have been returned.
Absentee voters have several options for returning their ballots:
Secure drop boxes located throughout the city:
East Lansing City Hall (north parking lot)
East Lansing Public Library, 950 Abbot Road
Department of Public Works, 1800 E. State Road
MSU-CATA Transportation Center, 592 N. Shaw Lane (on the MSU campus)
In person at the City Clerk’s Office, East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road
At the Early Voting Center, located in the first-floor Ba
