WASHINGTON — It has been two years since anyone has seen or heard from 25-year-old Chyna Crawford . The DC woman was last seen in the 1600 block of Good Hope Road SE, according to authorities. Her family reported her missing October 26, 2023 after she failed to respond to calls and text messages.

After her disappearance, Crawford's family searched for answers. They passed out missing fliers and conducted their own searches for the missing woman. Five months after she vanished, DC Police announced an arrest in the case.

A 32-year old woman was charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and obstruction of justice. According to court records, police believe Lashawn Washington kidnapped Crawford on or about Oct. 24, with plans to rob her. Crawford's family tells WUSA9 the two were acqu
