Experts have confirmed that mosquitos were found in Iceland for the first time

Mosquitos have been found in Iceland for the very first time.
Björn Hjaltason, an insect enthusiast, shared a post on the Facebook group “Insects in Iceland” on Oct. 16 about a "strange fly" he had found.
"I could tell right away that this was something I had never seen before" he wrote in the post, according to the BBC , citing Iceland's Morgunblaðið news site.
