A middle school custodian has been accused of child sexual abuse.

54-year-old Lloyd Vanover had worked for the Mclean County School District since 2020.

He is charged with sexual abuse of a child and distribution of obscene matter to minors.

Kentucky State Police say that the victim is not connected to Vanover’s role at the school.

He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond in the Daviess County Jail.
