DENVER (KDVR) — Since the longest day of the year in June, it's been getting darker. While it may not have been noticeable at first, it's now getting darker more quickly in Denver.

According to Time and Date data, at the end of June, Denver had nearly 15 hours of daylight, with the sun rising just after 5:30 a.m. and setting after 8:30 p.m. Heading into July, the days slowly got shorter and shorter, with the sun rising later and setting earlier.

That said, it wasn't too noticeable as the total length of daylight only decreased by about a minute every one to two days. However, heading into the fall, it got darker faster.
