In a significant international operation, nearly 500 Indian nationals who have crossed into Thailand after fleeing notorious scam centers in Myanmar are set to be repatriated by the Indian government. The efforts are in collaboration with Thai authorities, sources said on Wednesday.
To facilitate the safe return of affected citizens, India is contemplating dispatching an aircraft to Thailand. Most of these individuals are victims of scams operated from Myanmar's KK Park, Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul stated, confirming their presence in Mae Sot.
