Days after Jaish-e-Mohammed announced the formation of its first-ever women's wing, 'Jamaat-ul-Mominaat', the JeM's chief Masood Azhar has released a 21-minute audio message from group's Bahawalpur headquarters, Markaz Usman o Ali, outlining a detailed plan for training, indoctrinating, and deploying women under the new unit, as local media reported. According to media reports, in the audio, Azhar explains how women will be recruited, trained, and integrated into his long-term "global jihad" mission, mirroring the structure of JeM's long-running male training programme.
