There will be a nor'easter-type storm impacting our state Thursday afternoon into dawn Friday with a period of heavy rain, gusty winds & some high tide coastal flooding. It should be dry for Trick-or-Treaters (Friday late afternoon/early evening) however, it will be very windy with lots of slippery leaves on the ground so be careful walking and dress warmly with the wind chill in the 40s!
