The Warren Planning Board at its October 27 meeting voted unanimously to deny the Major Subdivision/Land Development Project submitted by Last Ever Realty LLC, commonly known as "Settlers Green," at the Comprehensive Permit/Preliminary Plan Phase.

The denial was the latest turn of events in the rather lengthy saga. It came after some five months of intense points and counterpoints presented to the board by legal representatives from both sides, including residents, and about five years after the application was originally submitted to the town.
