BEDFORD — A man was taken into custody by the Lawrence County Sheriff deputies late Monday evening after allegedly violating a no-contact order and making threats while attempting to retrieve personal items from his former apartment.
Jeremiah Zollman, 34, of Cannelburg, was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy and intimidation following an incident that occurred on October 27 at an apartment complex on Maple Ridge. The arrest was detailed in a probable cause affidavit filed by Officer Kaden Flynn.
According to the affidavit, Officer Flynn responded to a threat complaint at approximately 7:32 p.m. Upon arrival, Officer Flynn observed Zollman standing outside the residence he had reportedly been evicted from earlier in the month.
