The RNC has issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted for abducting his five-year-old daughter.

Police were notified on September 27th that the child had been taken out of the country by a person who is known to her.

The pair are believed to be in Egypt.

Police say 36-year-old Ahmed Mohamed Shafik Abelfat Elgammal is wanted by the RNC on charges of abduction in contravention of a custody or parenting order.

The RNC is asking anyone with information to help in the investigation to call them or Crime Stoppers.
