Montreal police have turned to the public in an effort to determine whether a 36-year-old man facing charges of inciting sexual contact, online luring and the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials had other victims.

Hervé Rouleau Turcotte was arrested by police last June in connection with an incident that occurred in May. Investigators with the Montreal police’s childhood exploitation unit say that they have reason to believe Rouleau Turcotte may have had other victims in the Montreal area over the past decade.

Police allege Rouleau Turcotte used multiple online platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram to lure girls aged 12 to 17 for the purpose of having sex.
