A Green Bay woman pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to first-degree reckless homicide in connection to the November 2023 overdose death of her boyfriend in Howard.

Stacie Girling, 43, was charged Jan. 30, 2024, in Brown County with first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs and possession of narcotic drugs, both as a party to a crime, according to court records. She pleaded no contest to the homicide charge Oct. 20 and the drug charge was dismissed through her plea agreement.
