Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced Tuesday, Oct. 28, that a man has been charged with first-degree rape and other related charges in a violent sexual assault on a woman in her Norwood building stairwell, as reported at the time .

“This defendant is charged with a frightening and life-altering attack on an innocent woman in the place where she lives,” Clark said. “We will hold him accountable for this violence and provide the victim with the support she needs to overcome the trauma.”
