SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A Thanksgiving fun-run is coming back to Sioux Falls!

The ‘Run for The Banquet’ fun run/walk will support The Banquet in Sioux Falls, a non-profit homeless service that serves over 16 meals per week.

Participants can choose from a 1-mile, 5K, or 10K course.

“It’s a fun thing for people to do, knowing several hours later, everyone’s going to be passed out on the couch after having overindulged appropriately or watching the game,” said Chris Jacob, Volunteer & Marketing Coordinator for The Banquet. “Why not start the day with something that gets the family involved, active, doing good for the community, and then eat a lot of tasty food later?”
