YOUNGSTOWN Two more lawsuits have been filed on Tuesday in connection with the deadly explosion at the Realty Building in downtown Youngstown.
One suit was filed by Charles Worley, an employee at the Chase Bank that occupied the first floor of the Realty Building, and the other was filed by Bistro 1907, a restaurant that was located in the neighboring DoubleTree hotel.
Like the other Realty lawsuits before them, both of the new suits name Realty Building owners YO Properties 47 LLC and LY Property Management LLC, as well as Greenheart Companies LLC and Enbridge Gas as defendants.
Worley's suit states that he was working in the bank at the time of the explosion and suffered traumatic injuries, including fractures to his nasal bone, lumbar spine and left foot.
