Kaiser Permanente Hospital is seeing massive labor strikes across its entire health care system in multiple states and professionals leaving to other hospitals — from every day nurses and doctors, to CRNAs, including in Fontana.
Fontana Kaiser Permanente health care workers just ended a five-day strike on Sun- day, Oct. 19.
According to President Elect of the Kaiser Permanente Nurse Anesthetist Association (KPNAA) Belinda Shalhoub, as more medical professionals in Fontana leave the health care provider in search of fair compensation and better working conditions, others remain to stand with their colleagues in protest or work over status without proper compensation.
