TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) — The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Henry Luis Suarez-Perez, 38, of Killeen, as the man found dead in a creek bed on Oct. 27 while authorities were searching for a missing person near White Flint Park and Winkler Park, according to authorities.

The area where the body was found in an area was off Texas Highway 36.

Suarez-Perez had been listed as a missing person by the Killeen Police Department on Oct. 24.

During the search for the missing man on Oct. 6, sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked around White Flint Park Road, just off Texas Highway 36. Deputies checked the area, but no one was around the car and the vehicle was tagged with an abandoned vehicle notification on the door glass.
