LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A woman has been accused of selling a fatal dose of meth to a Lincoln man after he was found dead last year.

On Sept. 7, 2024, a 32-year-old man was found dead at the home he had been staying at.

During the investigation, a dirty syringe confirmed to have meth residue in it was found in the man’s vehicle, Lincoln Police wrote. His cause of death was later revealed to be a meth overdose, court documents show.

Through a search of the man’s phone, officers located a text conversation beginning on Sept. 4, 2024, in which the victim inquired a woman about getting meth and a syringe from the woman’s source, the document states.
