Colin Farrell Calls Matt Reeves 'The Batman Part II" Script A "Masterwork": "It's So Deep & Detailed"

Colin Farrell has nothing but praise for the script Matt Reeves wrote for The Batman Part II .

The actor is set to reprise his role of The Penguin for the sequel, starring Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader and gave insight into the script.

“I had many thoughts to share with Matt about the script. I really do think it’s a masterwork. Kind of a contemporary genre masterwork,” Reeves said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. “It’s so brilliant and Robert has got such a lovely journey to go on and take the audience through.”

He continued, “It’s dense, it’s really really intelligent, it’s so deep and detailed. I’m saying too much. I think he’s going to make an extraordinary film.”
