PRESCOTT, AZ (AZFamily) — Newly released body-camera video shows an encounter between Prescott police and a former judge who was reportedly caught urinating in public.
Around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 4, Prescott police say former Judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson was seen urinating in public near Montezuma and Gurley streets . According to the police report, several witnesses flagged down an officer about what they saw.
Body-camera video shows one officer arriving at the scene as he witnesses Kristyne pulling herself off the ground behind a bush. The officer noted in the police report that she “appeared to have lost her balance” and “fell over in the bush.”
“What are you doing?” the officer asks. “This is disgusting.”
