Google, the parent company of YouTubeTV and The Walt Disney Company, the parent company of the ABC Network for which KMBC is an affiliate, are currently negotiating a renewal of their carriage agreement for all of their channels on the YouTubeTV service. The continued carriage of KMBC, a local ABC Network affiliate, on the YouTubeTV service, is dependent on the successful negotiation between The Walt Disney Company and Google.
