The writing seems to be on the wall that the Cincinnati Bengals will trade Trey Hendrickson.
Earlier this month, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the Bengals will “have some sort of a fire sale” if they keep losing. He also revealed the Bengals’ hefty asking price for Trey Hendrickson:
“As far as what it might take, what I’m told is, a young player who would help the Bengals this year and into the future, and a future mid-round pick, if the Bengals are even willing to do it.”
The Dallas Cowboys were said to be looking for a big-name edge rusher ahead of the trade deadline. After trading Micah Parsons to the Packers, the team called the Las Vegas Raiders for Maxx Crosby and the Cincinnati Bengals for Trey Hendrickson, but both teams rejected them.
