LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Officials with the Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS) visited the KGNS+ studio to introduce our Pet of the Week for October 29: Nana, a 1-year-old Basset Hound mix.

Nana is a playful spirit with a big heart. She is full of energy, loves making new friends and gets along great with other dogs and children.

She loves splashing around and having fun in water; however, she does not enjoy being sprayed with it. She also enjoys playing with squeaky toys and loves treats.

Like any other animal from LAPS, Nana is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and dewormed; the only thing she needs now is a loving home.
