A new poll shows that California voters will likely pass Proposition 50 in next week’s special election.
The latest survey from the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) found a majority of voters polled support the plan to draw partisan Congressional districts in favor of Democrats.
What we’re watching: Voters will head to the polls on Nov. 4 to cast their ballots on Prop. 50, which was backed by Gov.
