SCOTTVILLE — It has been a busy couple of days for the Mason County Central varsity volleyball team, but on Tuesday, it slowed things down at home with a quad against Manistee, Big Rapids and Onekama.

Prior to the action beginning, the Spartans honored their six seniors – Jaycee Myer, Tori Smith, Payton Cory, Ellen Norman, Lucy O’Harra and Aubrey Chye – for senior night.

However, the results didn’t end up in Mason County Central’s favor as it dropped all three contests.

The Spartans opened action against Onekama and battled hard throughout, but they lost 0-2 (14-25, 19-25). Next up was a clash with the Cardinals.
