For the first time since 2021, two Nevada areas made the list of PropertyShark's 100 most expensive ZIP codes in the nation. The nationwide data provider focused on real estate topics creates the annual ranking by analyzing closed sales on high-end property transactions.
PropertyShark said the aim of sharing this data is "to chart the evolution of U.S. real estate and wealth. By measuring median sale prices rather than listings, our top 100 report tracks where high-end transactions truly close, not where sellers are asking the highest prices — a crucial distinction in a year when the map of luxury housing shifted once again."
