It was a nice win by my Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, a 38-20 victory over the New York Giants at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. It was a reversal of what happened two weeks ago at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., when the Giants crushed the Eagles 34-17.
I do feel bad for Giants running back Cameron Skattebo, who suffered a dislocated ankle in Sunday’s game. It brought back memories of when Union men’s hockey forward Luke Cain suffered a similar injury in a 2007 game at Dartmouth. Hopefully Skattebo has a speedy recovery. And well done Eagles fans for giving him a standing ovation as he was carted off the field.
